Kuki has always sought solace in the sea, a theme that occurs frequently across his visual works. Equal parts art therapy and pure experimentation, his process with some pieces may take weeks or even years to complete as he utilizes new, found and recycled materials, multiple mediums, and sometimes the weather itself to create multi-layered works that are truly one of their own kind.
