Shipping policy
Most items are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Larger items requiring local delivery or freight may require a longer processing time, particularly when delivery schedules are busy. We ship most business days/ weekdays (minus Federal holidays).
US orders generally ship via USPS or UPS. Foreign carrier will vary based on order size and ultimate destination.
If you have opted for carrier shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been prepped for shipping. Please note, we are not responsible for carrier delays and have limited influence on the package timing once it has left our location.
If you are a local buyer and have selected local pickup/delivery, we will be in touch with you directly to schedule. We deliver most days, pending availability (and excluding holidays & vacation, of course :)
