SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Kuki Studios text messaging program operated by Alderfer & Smith d/b/a Kuki Studios (“Kuki Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Kuki Studios, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
THE KUKI STUDIOS SMS PROGRAM
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational and/or marketing text messages from Kuki Studios at the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include studio news, artwork releases, product launches, promotions, special offers, event information, cart reminders, order information, customer-service communications, and other Kuki Studios updates.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Kuki Studios.
Your participation in the SMS program is voluntary.

Message frequency varies.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply.
Kuki Studios does not charge you for participation in the SMS program, but your wireless carrier may impose message, data, or other charges. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.
OPTING OUT
You may opt out of the Kuki Studios SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us.
After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from the program unless you later provide new consent to opt in again.
You may also request to withdraw SMS consent by contacting us at casse@kukistudios.com.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and network availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be received.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-messaging consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers to operate and support the SMS program. Those providers may process mobile and messaging information solely as necessary to provide services to Kuki Studios.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal authority required in your jurisdiction, to enroll in the Kuki Studios SMS program.
If the person who owns or pays for the mobile device or wireless account is different from the person enrolling, you represent that you have permission to receive messages at the number provided.
PHONE NUMBER CHANGES
If you discontinue use of the mobile number you used to enroll in the SMS program, you should opt out before discontinuing that number or notify us at casse@kukistudios.com.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM OR TERMS
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time as permitted by law.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
