By accessing kukistudios.com, placing an order, purchasing from Kuki Studios, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PRODUCTS AND ARTWORK
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our artwork and products.
Because screens and display settings vary, colors shown online may differ somewhat from the physical work. Handmade, original, vintage, limited-edition, artist-produced, or hand-finished items may also include natural variations, irregularities, or individual characteristics that are part of the work rather than defects.
Dimensions and other specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Availability is not guaranteed. Original artwork and limited products may be offered through multiple sales channels and may occasionally sell before website inventory is updated.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, technical problems, or other operational issues.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed or calculated during checkout when required.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Any separate shipping, return, refund, or exchange policy displayed on the Kuki Studios website is incorporated into these Terms.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND LIMITED EDITIONS
Original artworks are unique objects. Limited-edition works may be produced in a stated edition size and may include artist signatures, numbering, certificates, or other identifying information as described in the applicable product listing.
Purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, photographs, images, designs, text, graphics, logos, videos, and other content appearing on the Kuki Studios website are owned by or licensed to Kuki Studios, Alderfer & Smith, or the applicable artist and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, or other product does not transfer copyright, licensing rights, reproduction rights, merchandising rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our artwork or website content without prior written permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use our website or services to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, engage in fraudulent activity, or infringe the rights of Kuki Studios or another person.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for websites or services operated by third parties that we do not control.
